הֶ֣רֶף מֵ֭אַף וַעֲזֹ֣ב חֵמָ֑ה אַל־תִּ֝תְחַ֗ר אַךְ־לְהָרֵֽעַ׃
Tumigil ka sa galit at iwan mo ang poot; huwag kang makipagpaligsahan, sapagkat hahantong lamang ito sa paggawa ng masama.
